About Me

My name is Gabby!

I am a Park City native and was a Seattle transplant for the past 8 years. In my last season of life, I attended college at Seattle University and was awarded a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I have always wanted to work in the medical field and went to work at the biotech and cancer pharmaceutical research labs in Seattle. I planned to pursue medical school afterward, however, I realized my path was outside of a 9-to-5 corporate job.

I began redefining my idea of work. I knew it should be something that helps me grow in depth, joy, and purpose, so I asked myself; How do I build a life that fosters joy? What does that look like or feel like?

In my search, I found my way to bodywork where I felt a sense of connection and joy. I took a chance on this new avenue and attended the Soma Institute of Structural Integration. Here I began my journey of re-establishing my relationship with my body in a positive and vitality-oriented way. I realized I could live my life with more intention and ease while continuing to help those around me. I’m excited to be a part of the medical community in a way that resonates with me.

In my bodywork practice, I want to help those who are overwhelmed, burnt out, or weary to reconnect to themselves before tackling their next big adventure.

I am a Utah licensed massage therapist (LMT) and nationally board-certified Structural Integrator (BCSI).
